Decent service, minor issue

I got a Linux Dedicated Server with NVMe storage. The server itself is powerful and has been stable. Delivery was pretty fast, under an hour for me. If I get a server and it's not what I expected, is their refund policy decent? Like, how hard is it to get your money back if you cancel quickly?

I think they have a certain window, but you usually can't just cancel a dedicated server for a full refund after it's provisioned unless there's a service issue. It's not like shared hosting.

Yeah, all the major credit cards work. I think I used Visa last time. Don't remember seeing PayPal as an option myself.

It's solid. I've had a few attacks and their GSL protection handled it without issues. Much better than some other providers I've used.

I'd say it's on par with the better ones out there. Haven't had a problem since switching over. OVH is decent too but I found GoDedicated's support better.

Depends on the config I guess. Standard ones are fast, but if you're asking for something custom, it might take a bit longer for them to source parts or whatever.
